We moderate reviews before they're published, but we don't fact-check them
Reviews are written by equipment owners and operators. Our team looks over each review before it goes live, and anyone can report a review they think breaks the rules.
We don't verify the claims made in reviews, so each one reflects the reviewer's own experience. Some reviews may have been collected from other public sources. Brands can reply to reviews but can't edit or remove them.

For the money, the D330x500 is simply the best maxi-rig on the market. I've run drills from every major manufacturer over 20 years.
The first time we ran a 16-inch bore with the D330x500, I was genuinely surprised. After demoing a few other maxi-rigs, this one's controls felt intuitive.
Compared to the old rig we ran, the D550 is a different class for consistent bores. We've done challenging rock shots, and it holds its line remarkably well.
After 18 months with the D550, our operational costs have definitely seen an improvement. It offered the best balance of upfront cost and projected maintenance for our mid-size company.
