What owners say about Toyota Forklifts

Reviews, questions and photos from people who run the machines

We moderate reviews before they're published, but we don't fact-check them

Reviews are written by equipment owners and operators. Our team looks over each review before it goes live, and anyone can report a review they think breaks the rules.

We don't verify the claims made in reviews, so each one reflects the reviewer's own experience. Some reviews may have been collected from other public sources. Brands can reply to reviews but can't edit or remove them.

Simple to operate

This reach truck is surprisingly intuitive. After demoing a few brands, the controls on the Toyota RRE160HR felt natural. Our new operators picked it up quickly, reducing training time significantly.

Solid value, consistent performer

We've run this RRE160HR for 18 months now, moving pallets daily in our warehouse. Compared to previous models from other makers, the 3,500 lb capacity and 6.8 MPH speed deliver consistent output.

Solid build, lasting performance

After 36 months of daily shifts, this Toyota reach truck still feels tight. We've run other brands, but the mast stability and chassis integrity on this unit are noticeably superior.

Efficient operation, low costs

We've been running our Toyota Moving Mast Reach Truck for over two years now in a demanding warehouse. Energy consumption is excellent, and routine maintenance has been straightforward.
