What owners say about Pack Mule

Reviews, questions and photos from people who run the machines

We moderate reviews before they're published, but we don't fact-check them

Reviews are written by equipment owners and operators. Our team looks over each review before it goes live, and anyone can report a review they think breaks the rules.

We don't verify the claims made in reviews, so each one reflects the reviewer's own experience. Some reviews may have been collected from other public sources. Brands can reply to reviews but can't edit or remove them.

Dependable daily transport

This unit is a significant upgrade from our old carrier. We've had zero downtime in six months, which is crucial on our site.

Good for moving crew

It's a bit bigger than I pictured for some of our tighter jobsite paths, but it maneuvers well once you get the hang of it. The 1000 lb capacity is plenty for our crew and tools.

Low Cost, Solid Performer

This carrier saves us money. After looking at several models, the PC-300 NXG's energy consumption is noticeably lower. We've seen minimal wear on parts, keeping maintenance costs down.

Consistent Site Transport

Just yesterday, we needed to shuttle a team quickly to the far end of the jobsite. The PC-300 NXG started right up and got them there smoothly.
