DPM 50/80 grappler

The DPM 80/120 is a rod and casing handling device for rods and casing to be installed on an excavator. It has been developed to facilitate the loading/unloading of drilling equipment (Rods, Casing and Augers) on the job site, with great advantages in terms of productivity and safety. The DPM 80/120 is available with a double clamp, with interchangeable diameters inserts, capable to load and unload rods or casing simultaneously.

PM 20/35

The M 41is a hydraulic drilling rig with a separate diesel power unit designed to carry out micro/minipiles, anchors, etc., in difficult-to-reach areas such as the interior of houses. The module mast design enables it to perform drilling in spaces with a maximum height of 2.50 metres. The various joints combined with its exceptional compactness make it extremely versatile. The hydraulic unit can be equipped with either wheels or crawler. The machine can be equipped with a MORI remote control. Like all MORI drilling rigs, the M 41 can be customised according to customer requirements.

The P35 is a powerful hydraulic drilling rig  purposefully designed for drilling water and geothermal wells. The sturdiness of the electro-welded steel structure and the distribution of the masses convey excellent stability. The P35 can be equipped with a double head, auger-rod loading system, sludge pump, hydraulic welder and MORI remote control making it extremely versatile. Like all MORI drilling rigs, the P35 can be customised according to customer requirements.

The P50 is a high-performance hydraulic drilling rig purposefully designed for drilling deep  water and geothermal wells. The sturdiness of the electro-welded steel structure and the distribution of the masses convey excellent stability. The P50 can be equipped with sludge pumps, hydraulic welder and MORI remote control making it extremely versatile. Like all MORI drilling rigs, the P50 can be customised according to customer requirements.

The P100 is a high-performance hydraulic drilling rig normally mounted on a truck, purposefully designed for drilling deep water wells. The P100 can be equipped with a auger-rod loading system, sludge pump, hydraulic welder and on-board compressor making it extremely versatile. Like all MORI drilling rigs, the P100 can be customised according to customer requirements.

The M 20 boasts excellent versatility and, due to its compactness, was purposefully designed to carry out micro/minipiles, anchors, etc., in particularly awkward working areas. The electro-welded steel structures ensure its sturdiness and the good distribution of its masses favours its stability The optimized hydraulic system, the modularity of the components, the possible movements and the easy access to controls by the operator have all been appropriately designed in accordance with current occupational health and safety regulations. Like all MORI drilling rigs, the M20 can be customized according to customer requirements.

We used different Mori grapplers , DPM50, DPM80 and also single casing grapple device. They are very robust and strong. They can turn 360 degrees. We like a new joystick type vs old one but in general very nice grapplers, great quality.
