Control your hammer and powerpack with our new C-36 system. This control system is the successor of the C-34 and C-34V. This innovative system can be used on all of our hammers, a wide range of powerpacks and controls to monitor all hydraulic functions electronically, allowing the optimal blow energy to be set. We’ve added multiple new options to our control system. One of the most outstanding key functions is the option of automatic piling, where blow energy and blow rate control are automated for optimal operations. Another function is the integrated data logging. With this function, all piling data will be stored automatically in the control system where data logs can be exported via USB and GPRS.

Our hydraulic hammers are capable of operating continuously at 100% energy capacity, boosting power to 120% for periods when soil conditions demand it. The IQ-series IQ2 delivers up to 3,600 kJ, making it suitable for the current generation of monopiles. IQ4 provides up to 4,800 kJ, accommodating larger monopiles. IQ6, the world’s most powerful hydraulic hammer for the next generation of larger monopiles, offers 6,600 kJ.

Having experienced clients struggle with increasingly strict underwater noise regulations, IQIP has developed PULSE, an adaptable and energy efficient noise mitigation solution. Designed to be compatible with all IQIP hammers, the noise reduction add-on has already been tested and will be commercially released in the first half of 2022.
